Delivery Waiver

Maske’s Organic Gardening is not responsible for damage beyond delivery to a customer’s driveway.

We will attempt to deliver to your desired location but will only be guaranteed to your driveway.

If we cause damage to a mailbox or driveway because we didn’t drive properly, we absolutely will be responsible.

Owner or contractor is responsible for towing or winching our vehicle if we become stuck while delivering off road to your job site.

Please note: Same Day Deliveries Are Not Available. Minimum delivery – 1 yard or 1 ton.
